Obama and Philanthropy

The Chronicle of Philanthropy has crafted a laundry list of advice for President-elect, Barack Obama with suggestions from America's top charity officials and experts on how to best grow philanthropy in the U.S. Aside from unanimous support for economic growth to increase giving, experts suggest the formation of a White House Office of Civic Engagement, encouraged overseas giving, no over-regulation for donors, extra tax breaks for gifts to anti-poverty charities, required service for students and much more. What would you add to this list for the country? for Rappahanock?
